With close to thirty years of experience in the IT industry, primarily in consulting roles, Mark joined VSS as Vice President of Professional Services in October 2004 with ample skills and critical expertise.

Previously, Mark worked as the Vice President of SAP Services with a consulting organization. He grew the business to 50 million dollars in revenue in just two years. Mark has also worked for start up organizations. Immediately prior to joining VSS, he co-founded an IT services company managing infrastructures, grew that company internationally, and successfully sold it before starting up his current Professional Services role.

As Vice President of Professional Services at VSS, Mark manages three business units focused on IBM services, SAP and Microsoft Dynamic. By bundling hardware with software, sales, service, implementation, upgrades and advisory services, Mark and his team create complete, 360 degree solutions that demonstrate deep industry knowledge.

Mark’s primary concern is delivering a high quality solution with an ultimate focus on 100% customer satisfaction. He’s also focused on delivering superior 24x7 support after a solution goes “live” - both on the technical and application side.

Since joining the company, Mark has helped VSS grow its IBM service practice and launch an SAP and Microsoft practice. It is his goal to be an ongoing expert on the evolving technologies in those three key areas, and to ensure the company’s continued positive progress in offering optimal solutions in each vertical market.

Mark earned a bachelors degree in psychology and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
